Elijah Dodo serves as the CEO of Gold-dust Global Leadership and Transformation Resorts Ltd, an Executive Leadership Institute that has trained over 1,000 public sector leaders and 5,000 business executives. He is also the President of Gold-dust Consults. Previously, he held the position of Non-Executive Director at First Bank of Nigeria Limited, where he chaired a critical committee focused on board composition, committees, and succession planning.

Elijah's expertise spans over 30 years in marketing, relationship management, financial management, wealth creation, executive leadership, and corporate governance within the financial services industry. He is passionate mentoring upcoming professionals and helping executives achieve peak performance from their teams.

Additionally, Elijah is involved in the Helping and Self-Development Industry, guiding clients to success with purpose clarity and empowerment tools. He holds an MBA in Marketing from Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University and pursuing a Doctorate in Christian Leadership at Christian Leadership University, New York. Elijah is a Certified Management Consultant, Emotional Intelligence Coach, Mental Health First Aider, and Workplace Effectiveness Strategist. His diverse skill set includes areas such as Corporate Governance, Financial Planning, Stress Management, and Life Coaching.
